The system is supposed to access the Archive Information System. It usesthe field catalog &V1& to do this. Active infostructures exist for thisfield catalog, however none of these infostructures contain the fieldsrequired for this access.

This message could be triggered by a program error. If this is your ownprogram, you should especially check the mandatory fields (ParameterI_OBLIGATORY_FIELDS) transferred when function module AS_API_READ iscalled.
