Diagnosis
It is not possible to change a business event if it already hasarchived attendance records. Archived attendance records arerelationships between attendees and the business event type. These arecreated either during follow-up processing or using report RHARCHIV.

Procedure
Use report RHARCHIV to delete the archived attendance records.
Make the changes to the business event.
Use report RHARCHIV to create the archived attendance records.
