Diagnosis
It is not possible to book a business event if it already has archivedattendance records. Archived attendance records are relationshipsbetween attendees and the business event type. These are created eitherduring follow-up processing or using report RHARCHIV.

Procedure
Use report RHARCHIV to delete the archived attendance records.
Make the booking for the business event.
Use report RHARCHIV to create the archived attendance records.
