Diagnosis
You are attempting to create the extenal person &V1& in plan versionV2. the system is currently unable to save the data in the database.
This is a system error, which should not occur.

System Response
When RH_INSERT_INFTY was called, it caused exception &V3&. The data maynot have been transferred to the database.

Please try to reproduce this error and contact SAP.
