Diagnosis
The selected object type exists for the time period specified, andobjects to be related also exist. However, there are as yet norelationships (-> appraisals). Therefore, it is only possible to createappraisals, not to change them.

Procedure
Choose -> Confirm -> Cancel and on the initial screen -> Create inorder to create appraisals for this object.
