Diagnosis
The global information could not be read for user &V1&.
This may be caused by the following:

• Operating system file &V2& is read-protected


• Directory in which it is searched for does not exist or is
write-protected
No check can be made to see if the file can be created because you donot have the authorization to delete the file (authorization S_DATASET,activity 06).

System Response
The function terminates.

Procedure
Inform your system administrator about this problem, giving the filename (&V2&), the name of the SAP system (&V3&), and the host name (&V4&).
