Diagnosis
An error occurred when attempting to change the Sapnames file of userV1.
If this error can be reproduced, the syntax of the Sapnames file ofuser &V1& is probably incorrect.
This may be caused by operating system problems, such as an overloadedhard disk or NFS partitions.

System Response
Depending on the type of error, you may have lost data. This loss ofdata affects the functions of the Overview of Transports andRepairs (right half of the initial Transport Organizer screen).

Procedure
Inform the system administrator.
Sapnames files have a line-based structure. Each request/repair canappear only once in each file. The request number always appears at thestart of a line.
Double entries are errors and must be removed.
Any severely corrupt files must be deleted.
