Diagnosis
An operating system command was called from an ABAP program. Thiscommand could not be executed.

System Response
The operating system reported the error to the calling program.

Procedure
If you are unable to solve the problem yourself, contact your SAPsystem administrator.
Possible causes of the problem:

• The central transport directory /usr/sap/trans has not been set
up on the application server you are using.

• One of the following programs is missing from subdirectory /bin
in the central transport directory: T_EXP, T_WRITELOG, tp.
