Procedure
Try to find further information relevant to the time at which the erroroccurred by looking at the system log (Tools -> Administration ->Monitor -> System log).
If the lock administration diagnosis reports errors (Tools ->Administration -> Monitor -> Lock entries -> Extras -> Diagnosis),these may have caused the error.
