Diagnosis You attempted to change the validity period of the FMLA request. System Response This FMLA request already has absences assigned to it. If you changedthe date, the assigned absence would then be outside the validityperiod and would therefore no longer be covered by FMLA. Procedure If you want to change the validity period, you must first remove theabsence assignment. Bear in mind that the employee has already been assured FMLA coveragefor the period specified. |
