Diagnosis You were unable to assign the absence to the FMLA request. System Response There are two possible reasons for this:
- The employee does not have enough remaining entitlement to absences
covered by FMLA.
- The FMLA request has the status Rejected>.
Procedure Insufficient entitlement: Check the employee's remaining entitlement in the applicable rules. Ifrequired, reduce the absence's validity period so that the remainingentitlement is completely deducted. The FMLA request has the status Rejected>: If required, change the status of the request to Approved>.
