Procedure
Check if there is a valid record of the Planned Working Timeinfotype (0007) for the employee.
If not, create one. If there is one already, notify your systemadministrator.

Procedure for System Administration
In the step Define Rules for Determining the WeeklyWorking Time, you entered a specific value with the reduction ruleWeekly Workdays.
The system is unable to find any data record of the Planned WorkingTime that contains the employee's weekly workdays.
