There are no appraisal models in the appraisals catalog.

Procedure
Define an appraisal model in the appraisals catalog.
You can edit the appraisals catalog by going into the appropriateCurrent Settings, or in Customizing for Personnel Development.
If you do not have the authorization required for editing theappraisals catlog, contact your system administrator.
