Diagnosis
If you want to compare appraisals, you must specify a referenceappraisal. This reference appraisal is the appraisal against which theother appraisal is compared. When the comparison results are displayed,the rating from the reference appraisal appears in the first line foreach appraisal element.

System Response
If you do not select a reference appraisal, the system automaticallyselects the top entry of the entries marked in the list, and uses thisas the reference appraisal.

Procedure
In your editing options, you can specify that the average of theappraisals you want to compare should be used as the reference. In thiscase, the average rating for an appraisal element is displayed in thefirst line of the element in question.
