Diagnosis
A document with NF-e document status &V1& and system communicationstatus &V2& cannot be canceled.
For NF-e, the communication between several systems requires consistentdocuments. When the document is sent to the government system, it cannotbe canceled without authorization from the government.

Procedure
In the Monitor report J_1BNFE_MONITOR (Transaction J1BNFE) check thesend status and request authorization for the cancellation. If you havealready sent it, wait for a reply from the authorities (SEFAZ).
