Diagnosis
The system found usages during the initial archiving run for technicalobjects (equipment or functional location). A technical object can onlybe archived if it is not referenced by any other object.

System Response
If an existing reference does not allow archiving, the system issues aseries of messages such as the following:

The system then displays the reference found (see below forexplanations) and issues the message "Archiving not possible, usagefound".

Procedure
In order to archive a technical object, you must perform differentfollow-up activities, depending on the kind of reference found by thesystem. You will find examples of found references and a description ofhow to remove usages below:

I0316 ----> Configuration (internal object number) 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is configured.
Display usage: IE03/IL03 Display configuration data
Remove usage: No standard solution

I0 316 ----> Task list group key 012345 01
Explanation: The object to be archived is assigned to the tasklist 012345.
Display usage: IA03 - Display equipment task list; IA13 -Display functional location task list
Remove usage: SARA (Object PM_PLAN); IA25 - Delete task listswithout archiving; IA02 - Change equipment task lists or IA12 - Changefunctional location task list. (Choose Edit -> Delete in thetask list overview).

I0 316 ----> Bill of material (BOM) 012345 4
Explanation: The object to be archived is assigned to BOM 0123454.
Display usage: IB03 - Display equipment BOM
Remove usage: IB02 - Change equipment BOM

I0 316 ----> Order number 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is an object (referenceobject) of the maintenance or service order 012345.
Display usage: IW39, IW73 - Display orders
Remove usage: SARA (Object PM_ORDER)

I0 316 ----> Notification number 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is an object (referenceobject) of the maintenance, service, or quality notification 012345.
Display usage: IW29, IW59, QM11 - Display notifications
Remove usage: SARA (Object PM_QMEL, PM_SM_QMEL or QM_QMEL)

I0 316 ----> Affected equipment/functional location 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is assigned as theaffected equipment or functional location to the notification 012345.
Display usage: IW29 - Display notifications
Remove usage: SARA (Object PM_QMEL, PM_SM_QMEL, or QM_QMEL)

I0 316 ----> Maintenance item 012345 6789
Explanation: The object to be archived is an object (referenceobject) of the maintenance plan item 012345 in the maintenance plan6789.
Display usage: IP06 - Display maintenance item
Remove usage: SARA (Object PM_MPLAN).

I0 316 ----> Delivery 000123, archivable with the archiving objectPM_EQUI
Explanation: The object to be archived is still being used (inthis case, in a delivery). However, the object could also be used in ahandling unit, inventory, or a material document (for example), and inthis case is archived using another archiving object (seenotification).
Remove usage: See notification (in the example, using SARA -Object PM_EQUI)

I0 316 ----> Link from equipment/functional location 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is defined as the initialnode of the object link.
Display usage: IN03, IN06, IN09 - Display object link
Remove usage: No standard solution; emergency solution withsuitable changes to the object link (IN02, IN05, IN08)

I0 316 ----> Link to equipment/functional location 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is defined as the endnode of the object link.
Display usage: IN09 - Display object link
Remove usage: No standard solution; emergency solution withsuitable changes to the object link (IN02, IN05, IN08)

I0 316 ----> Link object is equipment/functional location 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is defined as the edge ofthe issued object link.
Display usage: IN16, IN19 - Display object network
Remove usage: No standard solution; emergency solution withsuitable changes to the object link (IN02, IN05, IN08)

I0 316 ----> Measuring point 012345
Explanation: The measuring point 012345 is assigned to theobject to be archived.
Display usage: IK06 - Display the measuring points for theobject
Remove usage: Delete IE02, IL02 (Change equipment or functionallocation): Delete the corresponding entry in the dialog for assigningmeasuring points. However, this is only possible if all measurementdocuments for the measuring point have been archived first (SARA -Object PM_IMRG). The same applies when deleting using transaction IK05(Change measuring points for the object).

Explanation: The object to be archived is assigned to thedocument 012345.
Display usage: CV03N - Display document
Remove usage: SARA (Object CV_DVS)

I0 316 ----> Historical order number 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived is assigned to thehistorical order 012345.
Display usage: IW40 - Display orders
Remove usage: IW38 - Change orders. Choose Completion ->Delete historical orders in the historical order.

I0 316 ---->Superior equipment/superior functional location 012345
Explanation: The object to be archived has lower-level technicalobjects.
Display usage: IE03, IL03 - Display sub-equipments orfunctional locations
Remove usage: IE02, IL02 - Change equipments or functionallocations
