SAP Message CTSPRJ046 - You cannot import any requests for project &1 at the moment

Diagnosis You are not currently allowed to make any imports for project &V1& intoclient &V3& of the SAP System &V2&. The project system switch iscurrently set to Requests cannot be imported. Procedure Discuss the timing of the import with the project manager.
