Diagnosis
If a distribution method is active for cost accounting, certain datamay only be maintained in the central system of the controlling area.For example, master data for cost centers, cost elements and activitytypes, and the standard hierarchy for cost centers. Controlling areaV1 is assigned to the logical system
V3 (= central system of the controlling area), while you working inlogical system &V2&.

Procedure
You can only maintain the required data in logical system &V3&, fromwhere it can be distributed to the local systems.
