Diagnosis
You want to set the Approve request system status. However, youhave not yet defined the effectivity in the change master record.

System Response
The system does not allow you to set the Approve request systemstatus.

Procedure
You define the effectivity as follows:
Close the Status dialog box.
Choose Effectivity.
The Effectivity dialog box appears.
Maintain the effectivity parameters in the table and return to theStatus dialog box.
Now you can set the Approve request system status.
