Diagnosis
You want to process a change request/order. However, this is notpossible the change request/order is currently in the signatureprocess, which is required to set a system status.
One or more people have already signed. However, in order to completethe signature process you need at least one other signature.

System Response
The system does not allow any changes. The fields of the change masterrecord are not ready for input.

Procedure
If necessary contact the people responsible for signing.
You have the following options:

• Continue the signature process.


• Cancel the signature process.

In this case, all of the signatures that have been gathered for thecurrent system status, are lost.
Continue as follows:
Select |@4K@.
The dialog box status appears. Alongside the system status forwhich a signature is required, the icon |@4K@ is displayed.
Reselect |@4K@.
A dialog box appears, on which you can get signatures, in order toeither continue or cancel the signature process.
