Diagnosis
You want to do one of the following for an ECO:
Set the system status Release ECO
Process an ECO that is already released

System Response
If you try to change an ECO, the system checks the system status of theECO.

Procedure
1.)
Check whether you can release the ECO. Once you have set the systemstatus Release ECO, you can no longer process the ECO.
2.)
You cannot process an ECO that has been released.
The only thing you can change is the deletion flag, which is read bythe archiving or deletion program.
