Diagnosis

System Response
The system checks the release key For the change master record. Arelease key that is released globally has been set for change masterrecord 6V1&.

Procedure
You can do one of the following two things:

• If you want to process the change object with refernce to the change
number &V1&, you must process the change master record first. Set arelease key that is not defined as released.

• Choose a change number with a release key that is not defined as
released.
