Diagnosis
You want to edit an object with the chosen change number.This change number identifies an engineering change order. In this case,you can only edit change objects with this change number if anobject management record exists for this object type in the changemaster record.
Exception:
For the object types of the classification system and of variantconfiguration, object management records are not yet supported.

Procedure
Before you can edit the change object with reference to this changenumber, an object management record must first be created for thechange object in the engineering change order.
