Diagnosis
You want to create or change a document with change number &V1&.However, the indicator Object type active for change number isnot set for the object type Document in the change masterrecord.

Procedure

• If you are authorized to change the change master, set this indicator.
Otherwise, consult your system manager.

• If the change master record cannot be changed, choose a different
change master, which allows you to process documents.
