Diagnosis
You want to assign revision level &V1& to the document.
This is not possible, as revision level &V1& has already been assignedto the document.

Procedure

• If you want to assign the next available revision level to the
document, do not enter a value in the Revision level field. Thesystem determines the next available revision level from settings inCustomizing.

• If you want to check the revision levels and change masters, starting
from the engineering change management menu, choose menu pathRevision level -> Document rev. level -> Display.
