Diagnosis

The material can only be processed using a change number if the changemaster record contains the Object type active for change numberindicator for the object type Material.
Change number V1& does not contain this indicator.

If you want to process the material with reference to change numberV1, first you need to enter this indicator in the change masterrecord.
