Diagnosis
You want to carry out a date shift on a change master record.
Settings in Customizing (Engin. change mgmt -> Change master status),are used to define whether a date shift is supported for each status.
A date shift is not supported for status &V1&.

Procedure
If you want to carry out a date shift, first you need to set a statuswhich allows you to make a date shift.
