Diagnosis
Your user profile contains details of all the transactions withinengineering change management which you are allowed to carry out. Yourcurrent profile does not authorize you to create a change master.

Procedure

• Consult your system manager responsible for allocating authorizations:
the entries in your user profile may need to be changed.

• If your user profile is not to be changed, inform your system manager
for engineering change management.
