Diagnosis
In this change master record, you want to create object managementrecords for equipment BOMs, or you have chosen menu option Goto,function Object overview -> Equipment BOMs.
This is only possible if the following indicators are set for theobject type:

• Object type active for change number


• Management record required for each object

At least one of these indicators is not set, so you cannot use thisfunction for equipment BOMs.

Procedure
Set the indicator for the object type equipment BOMs.
If you cannot change this change master record, choose a change numberwhich allows you to make changes to equipment BOMs.
