You have not made an entry to define the effectivity of the changenumber. You have to define the date on which a change number becomesactive for objects when you create a change master record.

Procedure
Enter a date in the Valid from field.
Note:
You can also define alternative dates and allocate selected objects tothese dates. This means that you define the valid-from date withreference to an individual object.
