SAP Message CBRC_REGCHECK247 - Worklist for inheritance background processes exists

Diagnosis
You want to create a worklist for a delta filling for substance volumetracking. However, there is another worklist for inheritance backgroundprocesses. This means it is possible that the material worklist referredto by the delta filling for substance volume tracking is incomplete.This can result in the data in the following tables not being current orincomplete in the system where the data is filled:

  • CCRCT_EHS_COMP: EHS: Composition (EH&S data)

  • CCRCT_EHS_REG: EHS: Notification status (EH&S data)

  • CCRCT_EHS_SLIMIT: EHS: Limit values in substance (EH&S data)

    • Procedure
    If you started the program manually to create the worklist of changedmaterials, start it again at a later stage to ensure that the worklistis created for all relevant materials.
    If you scheduled the program in a background job, the system checksafter 10 minutes whether there is still a worklist for inheritancebackground processes. This is repeated three times. If inheritancebackground jobs still exist, the program to create the material worklistcontinues. Note that in this case, the filling programSubstance Volume Tracking: Data Transfer fromProperty Tree (RREGCH_FILL) cannot access the most up-to-dateworklist of changed materials.
    If you run the program for the worklist again at a later stage when theinheritance background jobs are completed, the worklist is updated withthe corresponding materials.
