SAP Message CBRC_REGCHECK114 - Status &1 (status profile &2) was deactivated in order &3

Diagnosis
You have reset the status &V1& of the document &V3& with the transactionSubstance Volume Tracking: Display Blocked Documents.You should do this only if the following prerequisites are fulfilled:

  • You have changed the data so that the regulation check would now
  • conclude that the regulations are adhered to. This means, for example,that you have registered a large enough volume for a tracked substancewith the authorities, increased the volume of an existing registration,or added missing data in the system.
    • You want to reset the status without making a change to the order. This
    • would cause a new regulation check to be run that automatically resetsthe status if the check runs successfully.

      System Response
      Caution:
      When you reset a status, the system does not run a new regulationcheck. If the order is changed or released however, a regulation checkis started again, which may set a new status.

      Procedure
      If you want to deactivate the regulation check for the order completely,for example, to allow the order to be released, you must deactivate thedocument block for the order in the transactionSubstance Volume Tracking: Display Blocked Documents.
