Diagnosis
In volume tracking, the system also evaluates the composition of thesubstances. In Customizing, you can specify for each regulation thevalue assignment type from which the system should determine thecomposition. You can also specify there which usage the composition musthave for the system to take it into account. Independent of theCustomizing settings, the system takes only active usages into account.
The system could not determine a composition from the specified valueassignment type &V2& (&V3&).
If this is a value assignment type that is specified in Customizing asthe value assignment type with priority 1, thesystem also checks whether a value assignment type of priority 2 isentered in Customizing. If this is the case, the system attempts todetermine a composition for value assignment typewith priority 2. If a composition exists for this, it is transferred.

Procedure

• Check in Customizing which value assignment types you have specified for
the value assignment types of priorities 1 and 2.

• Check whether the composition of the substance &V1& was specified
correctly in the value assignment type &V2&.

• Check whether the composition has the usage that is specified in
Customizing and whether the composition is active.

• Check whether the composition components can be filtered out by
substance volume tracking where necessary. Check in Customizing theentries for Value Assignment Type forFiltering Out Specifications.

• Check whether the composition for the substance was determined and
transferred correctly.
