Diagnosis
If you determine the key figuresAverage Number of Employees and Total Number of WorkingHours using the report programREHS_IAREP_DATA_DETERMINE,you must enter more selection criteria on theReport Information System: Initial Screen. Otherwise, thesystem cannot determine these key figures correctly to create theperiod-based accident report (for example, the report OSHA 300ASummary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses).

Procedure
Specify the plant or work area if you have determined the key figuresbased on the assignment of persons to work areas.
Specify personnel areas or personnel subareas and leave the plant andwork area blank if you have determined the key figures based on theassignment of persons to personnel areas or personnel subareas.
