Diagnosis
No measurement project can be created for the selected work areas forthe following reasons:

• According to Customizing none of the work areas can be used as the
header level (level MPH) in the measurement project.

• None of the work areas has a higher-level work area that can be used as
the MPH level in the measurement project.

Procedure
Assign a work area with the level MPH to the work areas in question asthe top-level work area. If necessary, check with your systemadministrator how the Customizing for theassignment levels iscurrently set up in your system. Then repeat the action CreateMeasurement Project.

Check in Customizing for Industrial Hygiene and Safety underSpecify Assignment Levels which work area types are assigned tothe various levels.
