Diagnosis
When the system is set up, a check function can be defined inCustomizing for Basic Data and Tools, which compares theincident/accident log entry type with the number ofpersons affected. Aconsistency check of this type was run and determined an inconsistency.

Procedure
Correct the inconsistency. You can also save the data record without acorrection.
