Diagnosis
You want to make an entry for the person affected &V1& in the fieldWitness for person affected. This is not possible because aperson in role &V2& cannot make witness statements.

Procedure
Delete the entry in the Witness for person affected field.
If person &v1& is supposed to make a witness statement, create an entryfor this person in a different role.
