Diagnosis The incident/accident log entry &V1& contains data from one or moreinjury/illness log entries. The data was copied to theincident/accident log entry by a data transfer from theinjury/illness log>. At thesame time, references were created to the injury/illness log entriesfrom which the data originated. Owing to these references, you cannotdelete the incident/accident log entry.Procedure You have the following options: A) Delete all injury/illness log entries that have a reference to theincident/accident log entry &V1&. B) Delete the references. (Note: you can use this function only if itwas set up by your system administrator.) To do this, in the injury/illness log>, choose Extras -> Datatransfer status> from the Edit Injury/Illness Log: Injury/IllnessLog Data> screen. A dialog box appears in which you can delete thereference using the Reset status> button. By deleting the references, the data copied to the incident/accidentlog entry is retained, but the references (the origin of the data) aredeleted. After you have executed A) or B), you can delete the incident/accidentlog entry &V1&. |
