Diagnosis
The following causes are possible:

• No completed questionnaires are assigned to the work area for the
selected operation status.

• The validity period of the work area/specific questionnaire assignment
is outside the key date for the risk assessment.

Procedure
In work area management, assign aspecific questionnaire tothe work area, taking note of the operation status and validity period.
Answer the questionnaire and close it.
