Diagnosis
You want to:

• Delete the assignment of work areas to a pattern or collective pattern
in the work area assignment

• Delete the assignment of collective patterns to a pattern or the
assignment of patterns to a collective pattern in the patternassignment
The assignment cannot be deleted because local exposure profile entriesthat are referenced via the pattern or collective pattern still existin the assignment.

Procedure
If you want to delete the assignment, you must first execute one of thefollowing actions:


• Delete the references for all referenced exposure profile entries
(Delete reference button)
You can transfer the relevant exposure profile entries to the localexposure profile by copying.

• Delete the referenced exposure profile entries from the local exposure
profile.
You can then delete the assignment.
