Diagnosis
The selected risk assessment is not currently valid. For this reason,you cannot create a follow-up assessment.
The validity period of the currently valid risk assessment is notrestricted, that is, the valid-to date is entered in the systemas December 31, 9999 .

Procedure
If you want to create a follow-up assessment, select thekey date on the initial screen for the riskassessment so that it is within the validity period of the riskassessment.

Notes
When creating the follow-up assessment, the system issues an internalchange number. You can only create one follow-up assessment each day.
To call up administrative information, choose Additional ->
Administrative Information .
