Diagnosis
Either an agent type was entered that does not exist in the system or noinput help (F4 help) function was specified in Customizing for EH&S forthe agent type entered.

Procedure
Check whether the agent type entered exists. Use the input help for theAgent Type field to do this.
If the agent type entered does exist, check whether an input helpfunction is assigned in Customizing for risk assessment to the agententered (Assign Functions to Agent Types).
Default entries are supplied. To obtain the default entries, run amatchup with the installation client.
