Diagnosis
The risk assessment you selected is not the currently valid one. Youcannot therefore create a follow-on assessment.
The currently valid data record has a validity interval that does nothave an end limit, meaning the validity end is12/31/9999.

Procedure
If you want to create a follow-on assessment, proceed as follows:
Exit the dialog box.
In the initial risk assessment screen, create a new searchquery. Here you should select the key date so thatit is within the unlimited validity interval of the risk assessment.

Notes

• The value assignment after check must not
be initial, meaning the assessment must be completed before a follow-onassessment can be created.

• The system assigns an internal change number when it creates the
follow-on assessment. You can therefore create only one follow-onassessment per day.

• In the risk assessment dialog box you can call administration
information as well as the detailed information on the data record bychoosing Extras -> Administration info.
