SAP Message CBIH401 - Agent &1 of type &2 not found

Diagnosis
You want to assign the agent &v1& of the type &v2& to a work area orcreate an entry in the exposure profile. This is not possible becausethe system cannot find the agent.

Procedure
You can do the following:

  • Select an existing agent using the input help.

  • Exit the dialog, create the agent &v1& of type &v2&, and repeat the
    • activity.
