SAP Message CBIH241 - Work area cannot be edited

Diagnosis
You attempted to edit a work area that can no longer be changed owingto its status or validity interval.

System Response
The change was not made.

Procedure
From the initial screen, search for a version of the work area that:

  • Does not have the status historical and therefore permits data
    • changes
    • Has a validity interval whose end of validity is open (31.12.9999)
