Diagnosis
The status cannot be changed because the status you entered is not afollow-on status.

Procedure

• If you entered the status directly in an input field, call the input
help and choose a valid status.

• If you selected the status using a function key, choose a different
function key for the status switch. If necessary, check in theapplication help which status switches are possible.
