SAP Message CBGL00408 - Cannot determine packaging layer for material &1

Diagnosis
The system could not determine a packaging layer for material &V1&during parameter value determination for material-related data. Thiscould be for the following reasons:

  • No packaging units were specified as
    • alternative units of measure
    for material &V1&.
    • No packaging layers were defined in the labeling specification of the
      • material master for material &V1&.
      • A program error occurred.
