Diagnosis
You have created two or more labeling specifications with the samepackaging unit (&V1&) and the same label category (&V2&) for onematerial, but you have not entered a validity area for more than onedata record. This is not permitted. You may only create more than onedata record in the following cases:

• If the validity areas of the data records do not overlap; the validity
area (country) of one data record may not be the same as that of anotherdata record, or be contained in it.

• If only one data record may be specified that does not have a validity
area. This data record is valid for all validity areas.
Example:
You have specified two data records for one packaging unit and one labelcategory and assigned them the validity areas DE (Germany) and REG_EU(European Union). This is not permitted because DE is within REG_EU.
Note:
However, you can enter a data record without a validity area and otherdata records with validity areas provided that these do not overlap.

Add the missing validity areas.
