SAP Message CBGL00210 - No cust-spec. data found for cust. &4 for packag. unit &2 and lbl cat. &3

Diagnosis
You attempted to read customer &V4& label data for customer-specificlabel category &V3& and packaging unit &V2&, but no data was found. Thismay be caused by the following:

  • No label data for label category and packaging unit was entered for the
    • customer.
    • Label category &V3& was incorrectly marked as customer-specific in
      • Customizing for Global Label Management, this means either theCustomer-Specific Label Category or the AdditionalDetermination of Customer-Specific Labels indicator was set bymistake.

      Procedure
      If label category &V3& was incorrectly marked as customer-specific,notify your system administrator.
