Diagnosis
The system cannot display possible entries since the possible entriesfor the characteristic have not been maintained properly.
On the screen Possible entries, the characteristic is assignedto the function module using a foreign key for the possible entriesfunction.
However, in the dialog box containing the data for process managementneither a matchcode nor a base field for the foreign key has beenmaintained or the objects maintained do not actively exist in the DataDictionary.

• For characteristics within the SAP name range (PPPI_*):

Contact your system administrator.

• For user-defined characteristics:

If necessary, complete or correct the definition of the possibleentries function for the characteristic.
